Track Your Order

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment verification. Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are typically dispatched the same day.

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart and India Post depending on your location. A tracking number will be shared on your WhatsApp once dispatched.

We ship pan India to all serviceable PIN codes. If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you within 24 hours and arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.

All FiGNUT products are carefully packed in bubble wrap and corrugated boxes to ensure safe delivery. Each package is quality-checked before dispatch. If you receive a damaged package, please photograph it immediately and contact us.

We offer free replacement within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

• Dead on Arrival (DOA) — product not working when received
• Product failure — stops working under normal use
• Wrong product shipped — different product from what was ordered
• Physical damage in transit — product damaged during shipping
• Missing accessories — items listed in "What's Included" not present

• Share your Order ID and a short video showing the issue
• Our team will review and respond within 24 hours
• If approved, we dispatch the replacement immediately
• Defective unit to be returned via our prepaid courier label

Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. It does not cover physical damage, water damage, overvoltage, or unauthorised modifications.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately with your Order ID at +91 99165 87987. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

• Can I return a product I don't want? — No, we only replace defective or non-working products.
• Will I get a refund? — We do not offer cash refunds. We replace defective products with new units.
• What if my replacement also has a defect? — We will replace it again until you receive a working unit.
• Is return shipping free? — Yes, we provide a prepaid courier label for approved replacements.
